Cesco is well known through a range of industries for his skills and knowledge
in the lean manufacturing principle of SMED, (Single minute exchange of
die). Having worked with hundreds of teams in the manufacturing industry,
Peter develops the skills and knowledge required to enhance profitability
and reduce lost time.
Peter has been involved with the Department of Trade and Economic Development through the South Australian government and has assisted many companies in huge successes in changeover reduction times. The program, run through the state government, is qualified in the improvement process, and Peter’s leadership has lead many companies to exceed of millions of dollars in savings. Peter’s program involves a partnership with his clients, by which he develops the necessary skills required to drive the change process. He provides a range of tools and learning materials, which map a road to success. Peter has provided training to many employees, and mentored them through each of the many projects. By providing a strong leadership and developing the teams, Peter has made huge improvements to the changeover process. Peter’s changeover program involves defining the external and internal elements of the process. Wendy Newman has been training in various small and large manufacturing industries for twelve years. Wendy’s expertise has focused on developing training and assessment systems, Front Line Management training and working with national Training Packages. Wendy facilitates and designs group and individual base delivery and customises all materials for the individual enterprise. She assists organisations identify training gaps in their systems and incorporates the relevant and current standards work instructions. |

Wendy conducts both competency and skills needs analysis to identify training requirements. She offers full support to all range of trainees, especially ESL employees. Wendy has developed training programs both for ‘the classroom’ environment, and on the job application. She has developed both accredited and non accredited packages, to ensure that her customers receive an informative and concise learning experience. The training network that Wendy operates within, promotes a capable, supportive infrastructure, allowing her to access any resources that are required to deliver programs to her customers.
